Fees

ESTATE PLANNING

I charge a flat fee for estate planning so that you know what your costs will be up front. 

• Your goals and needs will determine how much you will spend. 
• Payment plans are available so that the fees can be paid over a period of months without charging interest. I want my clients to create the plan that they need and be able to fit it into their budget.
• I offer a 10% discount to Service Members and Veterans for estate planning. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A FLAT FEE FOR ESTATE PLANNING?

• All of my flat fees include my visits—I come to you.
• My initial consultation, review of your assets and goals, planning meeting(s), document review, and signing meetings are all included in the flat fee. 
• Informative materials and questionnaires are provided to you before our first meeting to help you get started with the planning process. Completed questionnaires will be returned to you to keep with your other important papers. This helps you get organized and create helpful records for yourself.
• Electronic and printed copies of your final documents will be provided to you afterwards for safekeeping. 

Other work may be billed at an hourly rate, but I will not charge you for any work on an hourly rate without your prior consent.

FORMING A BUSINESS ENTITY

Billed on an hourly rate, I can assist you with establishing a business entity.

PROBATE & ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES

For probate and estate administration matters, I charge an hourly rate.
