Process

Each person is unique and has different needs so talk with my clients and make recommendations. Ultimately, it is your plan and your decisions. 

If you have done some planning in the past, we will review your existing documents to ensure they still fit your needs and goals. 

After we have a plan, I will draft your documents. When drafts are ready, we will meet again to review your documents. 

After we have finalized your documents, we will meet again for signing. When all your documents have been signed, they will be returned to you for safekeeping along with electronic copies of your documents.
