When I decided to open my law practice, I knew that I wanted to serve the people in my community and surrounding areas. My practice is focused on estate planning because it is a need that is often overlooked or put off until later, when it may be too late. 

Having a plan in place in advance is important for adults of all ages, from ages 18 and up.

I try to make this a pleasant experience for my clients. I offer payment plans, discounts for veterans and servicemembers, flexible meeting times, and the convenience of meeting with you in your home or your office.

How to plan for the future and create your legacy? 

· Preservation of heritage and family legacy are gifts that you can give to your children, family, and loved ones. These things do not have to have a monetary value, yet they are priceless. Consider how you want to be remembered and what you would like future generations to know about you. 

· Planning for the future possibilities. When you are not able to manage your own affairs, you want someone you trust to take care of matters for you. You can also direct how you would like assets to be distributed, who will care for your children and pets, your wishes for yourself, and what gifts you want to give to others.

· Periodic Review should be done to ensure your plans are still appropriate for your life and goals. Life has a way of changing things, sometimes in ways we never imagined. Therefore, reviewing your goals and plans periodically (at least every three years) is important because the only constant in life is change. 

Estate planning is important not only for to protect your legacy but also for you while living. 

With proper planning and preparation, your affairs can be managed in the way you want by who you want, and your loved ones can be cared for, even after you are unable to do so yourself.
